I'm back from Taiwan already~Well I was actually already back the day before.Yeah anyway,yesterday was my mom's birthday.The 12th that is.And she broke her arm. Well, she only broke her elbow really,some piece of bone fractured.Still pretty serious though,she's wearing a cast now. She fell off her bicycle,I think she lost her balance and crashed into someone. Some birthday luck huh? I'm kinda worried for her,seeing that it might be harder for the bone to heal at her age. Her left arm (the one she injured) is swelling :(

Still can't believe something so horrid happened on her birthday.Hope the bone heals fast(even if it seems unlikely) :(

Fell sick after prom >.< Flu. Ate my cough syrup and feel kinda groggy now.Damn, I hate being sick, the number of pills you have to swallow. I HATE cough syrup.Just thinking about it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.I really hate how it tastes- bitter and the thing leaves such a gross aftertaste in my mouth.Ugh.Somehow I think it makes everything worse.

Still can't believe prom is over.Hmmm...still can't believe A levels is over!!!I think by the time it sinks in,the long break will be over lol. Or maybe it will sink in when I get my (sure to be horrid) results back? I dunno...

Prelims are over, the holidays are soon to be over and the A levels are in 2 months. And yet I'm still leisurely surfing the net and NOT doing the Bio Paper 2 I was supposed to do (cause my Bio tuition teacher is coming tomorrow) and econs(do I have to? DX).Seriously,sometimes I think I only study because I have tuition and god I don't want to let my tuition teacher down. That woman is too nice,she bought me snowskin mooncakes!Must have cost a bomb. In other words,or in Mr Tan's words actually-I have no sense of urgency.Actually its more like I have no sense of anything.Well the normal "OMAHGAWDSODOOMED" feeling does kick in whenever I think about the A levels, but I don't really seem to be doing anything about it. :/ Too relaxed and way too lazy I yam :(

So to make me feel the urgency I should,I made a wallpaper :D You guys can pinch it if you want to XD

Recently bought this body cream that has 'the texture of whipped cream that have been beaten for three minutes'.It's from Japan, and the translation at the back described it as so.Lol,wonder how they knew it was like whipped cream that has been whipped for three minutes.Why not two?Or five? Maybe they sticked their fingers in pots of cream that has been whipped for different times in a completely accurate scientific approach to find out which texture that body cream was most alike?Sounds like marketing bullshit to me XD Like how I could describe body lotion as having the 'light,soft,flowy feeling of milk as it glides across the skin' .They should so hire me to write such bullshit for them.Or maybe not. Wonder who writes this stuff anyway? Ok,I digress,I'm being overly cynical and analytical. Actually the stuff's not so bad, its supposed to have this 'Strawberry millefeille' smell, but actually just smells like strawberries.(marketing gimmick:fancy schmancy names)Oh well, I don't expect them to make body cream that smells like butter pastry.That would be so wrong DX Why I'm sharing this,I'll never know.(random?) Haha,I've been on this streak of smelling like food recently. I've been using coconut oil (which is apparently good for enzema),which totally smells real yummy-like coconut!Except stronger.Much Much stronger. Now I smell like strawberries.Or more like strawberry candy,real strawberries don't really have much..smell. Should not buy this if you don't like that wholesome, artificial strawberry smell!It makes the whole room smell nauseating,aggressively,sweetly like strawberries. Get this-the brand of the body cream is 'Sexy Girl'(It's sold at Watsons!). Gee, I wonder who thinks smelling like a giant (artificial) strawberry is sexy? XD I jest,I jest.Actually its not really that bad,I kind of like it, and the texture does feel quite nice :D Maybe I should get it for my uncle-the guy loves anything strawberry flavoured (like he always only eats strawberry ice cream). Except that he's like 60 something, and for a guy to smell(aggressively) like strawberries when he's like 60 is so wrong XD

And so yesterday I went to Waraku at Marina Square with my aunt,uncle and cousins for dinner cause my mom was attending her friend's anniversary celebration.

BTW,who the HECK talks on the phone while doing their business in a FRIGGIN PUBLIC TOILET? I was waiting(impatiently) outside the toilet cubicle in Waraku for the person inside to come out, and I kept hearing conversation coming from that cubicle. I was like ' Is she with someone in there?That's kinda gross ' cause she was saying stuff like 'I don't feel like I want to pang sai anymore'. So when she came out with a handphone glued to her ear I was like OK? Seriously. WHO THE HECK TALKS ON THE PHONE IN A PUBLIC TOILET?! I mean, I would understand if her friend called her when she was doing her thing or something, but she put down the phone as soon as she came out. It feels like she called her friend just to pass time in the toilet (imagery?). But I was wondering-how do you pee/poop whatever with a phone in hand?I mean,isn' t it inconvenient to wipe or whatever with just one hand?Wouldn't your phone be at risk of dropping into the toilet bowl? Hah.But if her phone were to drop into the toilet bowl and get flushed away one day she would totally deserve it. The nonchalent way she strolled out of the cubicle pissed me off >:( Learn some common courtesy yeah?Hold your disgusting phone conversations somewhere else :-/

Anyway,portions at Waraku were HUEG LIEK XBOX.(Yes I will talk about food after that incident.)

This was not a bowl but a POT.Yes,my cream-fish roe-squid udon (which tastes better than it sounds!) came in a friggin POT.It was bigger than my head man!But I finished it all cause I was hungry.It was YUM :D

Ok I'm just kidding.If that came in a full pot I would never have finished it. It was only like half of the pot and the noodles were quite little(see above). But it was major YUM it was. I will go back and try the cold version of it (this was the warm one).

Why am I suddenly giving a food review?I have no idea. But I had pics so I had to post them.Flawless logic yes? Anyway,the food was not bad, so I'm sharing it with you guys yes?And I'm bored so yeah.

I've decided to set some goals for myself to achieve this 2008! Well actually most people set them before the year actually begins- New Year Resolutions and all, but since I am like such a procastinator, I'm doing it a week after the new years and calling it 'My Noble Goals for 2008!" .

My Noble Goals For 2008:

1) I shall stop procastinating so much!I should really do things before its too late!Like my GP HW.

2) I shall do all my HW!So far I'm off to a good start, having finished last week's HW and all, but I will have to perservere in doing my HW(and not let it pile up too high LOL)!

3) I shall unclutter my table.Cluttered surroundings lead to a cluttered mind.'nuff said.

4) I shall aim to get As!Note 'aim' not 'achieve' .Haha, I will aim and try my best to get As...Just hope I will actually get As at the end of the day.(Which I really don't think so at the rate I'm going.)

5) Spend less money. I should really stop getting tempted and then buy stuff that I almost never wear out, or don't even match anything I have in my wardrobe. With inflation going up (LOL Econs.) I really shouldn't be spending anymore money on clothes.That said, I'm still really tempted to buy a Nintendo DS...SO FUN!!!OMG!!!Ade can slay monsters while I prod them with my all mighty stylus!!!And Chinese New Year is coming...I want to buy new clothes T_T excercise restraint XY!Excercise restraintttttttt.

Yup...These are my main goals for the year...Of course there are also the other mundane ones like lose weight,blah blah.Yeah.Wish me luck for achieving my goals! ;)
